Job description

The Glamuse Research & Development team is responsible for maintaining the www.glamuse.com website, its administration tools, the iOS / Android mobile applications (rated 4.9 / 5 in the stores) and a REST API that interfaces with the IS back office.
The team is paying particular attention to issues of performance (25 million page views per month), security, resilience and scalability to support the company's growth.
Development is carried out within an agile organisation (Scrum & CI/CD), with close links to the business teams, a large number of production deliveries (over 100 per month) and a high level of industrialisation of deployments (a DevOps culture). We have also invested in automated testing, which is essential for maintaining a high level of quality.
As part of this team, you will be involved in all the stages of a project: study, design, implementation and acceptance. To do this, you will interact with business (marketing, customer service, buyers, order pickers, etc.) and technical contacts. You will be responsible for writing automated tests, delivering and monitoring projects in production. You will also be involved in development and corrective maintenance requests.
You will take particular care with the code you write, and you will participate in reviewing the code of your peers in order to collectively improve the quality of our developments.

You will be required to:

  • Participate in the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the IS currently in place,
  • Contribute to the technical framing of major development and transformation projects for the existing back-end, using Agile project management,
  • Take part in the ongoing improvement of development techniques through your technology watch.

You have a minimum of 3 years' higher education in IT and at least five years' experience in web development.

Your main tasks

Working as part of the editorial marketing and animation team, and interacting with all departments, particularly IT, your tasks will be :

Your main tasks

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage the logistics team while meeting customer service quality targets. Analytical and conceptual, you are able to optimise the efficiency and performance of the business and are recognised for your ability to put forward proposals. Organised, you develop an overall vision that enables you to manage your business and prioritise issues.

At ease developing a network of contacts inside and outside the company, with a permanent focus on the customer, you are at ease communicating to build lasting relationships based on trust. You will co-construct and successfully complete numerous projects with your internal partners. A genuine communicator, your results orientation, sense of collaboration and pragmatism are your assets for success.
