How do I join the Glamuse loyalty programme?
You can join the loyalty programme on this page by clicking the "Become a Member" button or through the different steps in your shopping bag.
Is the loyalty programme free?
Yes, the Glamuse loyalty programme is completely free and with no purchase obligation.
How do I earn points?
Simply join the Glamuse Club loyalty programme and place an order on the Glamuse website or app. CHF 1 spent = 1 point earned
All brands and products are eligible for earning points, including sales, promotions, and clearance items.
By earning points, you can unlock exclusive benefits, take on more challenges, and reach higher statuses.
Where can I find my status?
Simply log in to your Glamuse account and go to your My Account area, under the "Glamuse Club" section.
What are pending points?
After each order, your loyalty points first appear as "pending". This is a normal step: they will be validated and considered "earned" once the return period has passed.
This means that if you keep all or part of your order, the corresponding points will be added to your earned points balance. If you make a return, the corresponding pending points will be cancelled.
This process ensures that points are only awarded for items that you actually keep.
What happens if I return an item?
If you make a return, the points associated with the returned items will be deducted. However, you will still earn the points for any items from the same order that you decide to keep.
When do my points expire?
Your loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. After this period, they will automatically expire.
For example, if you earn 200 points on January 1, 2025, and another 50 points on February 15, 2025, with no subsequent purchases, your balance on January 2, 2026, will be 50 points. On February 16, 2026, your balance will then be 0 points.
How can I unsubscribe from the loyalty programme?
You can unsubscribe at any time from the Glamuse Club section in your My Account area if you no longer wish to enjoy your exclusive benefits.
Once you unsubscribe, you will have 30 days to change your mind. After this period, your points, benefits, and status will be permanently deleted.
Unsubscribing from the loyalty program does not affect your Glamuse user account – you can continue to shop with complete peace of mind.
