Browsing the www.glamuse.com Site requires the prior and unrestricted acceptance of these general terms of use and general terms of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "T&C") as well as our personal data protection policy. We invite you to read them carefully.

I. Legal notice

The Site www.glamuse.com, hereinafter the "Site", is published by the company Glamuse, a limited liability company with a capital of 250 000 euros whose registered office is located at 33 rue de Gasperich L-5826 Hesperange (Luxembourg).

All our packages are shipped from our logistics center located in Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy (France).

II. General terms of use

The purpose of these general conditions is to define the terms and conditions of access and use of the Site.

Any connection to the Site is subordinated to the respect of the present conditions. For the User, the simple access to the Site of GLAMUSE to the URL address www.glamuse.com implies the acceptance of the whole of the conditions described hereafter.

Conditions of access and use of the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site, whether hardware, software or Internet access costs, are the sole responsibility of the User/Customer.

Certain services of the Site are however reserved to the only Users having an account on www.glamuse.com, hereafter the "Identified Users".

It is hereby specified that in the present General Conditions of Use, the term "User" includes all Internet users who access the Site, whether or not they have an account.

To have an account, the User must register by completing an online form provided for this purpose. When registering, the User chooses a Username (e-mail address) and a Password which are strictly personal and confidential. The User therefore expressly undertakes to keep them confidential and to bear all the consequences that may result from their voluntary or involuntary disclosure.

In this regard, the User commits himself to declare to GLAMUSE any unauthorized use of the aforementioned account as soon as he becomes aware of it. Consequently, GLAMUSE declines any responsibility in the event of loss or nonconforming use of the password.

The company GLAMUSE will implement all the means in order to ensure an access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but cannot be held responsible for a possible dysfunction which would prevent any access to the Site and/or the various services proposed by GLAMUSE. GLAMUSE will do its best to solve any problem as soon as possible.

Account creation

The following services are only available to Users who have an account on the Site:

  • access the ‘Wishlist’ page and/or add an item to the wishlist;
  • be informed of upcoming private sales;
  • place an order.

By creating an account, the User agrees to these T&Cs and our privacy policy.

The access to the services includes the subscription to the newsletters GLAMUSE. The identified User has at any time the possibility of unsubscribing by clicking on the link envisaged for this purpose located at the bottom of each newsletter. This link is also accessible on the Site in the section "My account".

The identified User can also subscribe to the partner newsletter and receive offers from GLAMUSE's partners and has at any time the possibility to unsubscribe in this same section.

The creation of an account on the Site is reserved for any natural person aged at least 18 years. Each User may create only one Glamuse account.

All fields in the account creation form must be filled in except for those indicated as optional. Any failure to answer will result in the non-creation of an account. All information provided by the User must be accurate.

When the User creates an account on the Site, he receives an e-mail of confirmation of creation of account the same day. GLAMUSE reserves the right to delete any account not respecting the present contractual conditions.

A User placing an order on GLAMUSE becomes a Customer. A Customer must be a natural person who acts for purposes which do not enter within the framework of its commercial, industrial, artisanal or liberal activity and aged at least 18 years. The Customer has a GLAMUSE customer account. The Customer must fill in a mobile phone number and a postal address.

Account blocking

Glamuse reserves the right to close any customer account and to refuse any sale in the event of abusive, unfair or fraudulent use of the ordering service offered on the site or non-compliance with any of the obligations of the Customer defined in these T&C, particularly in the event that the same user hides behind different customer accounts for fraudulent purposes or disrupts, in any way whatsoever, any of the services offered by Glamuse.

Intellectual property

The company GLAMUSE is holder and/or has the authorization to use the whole of the rights relating to the logos, marks, distinctive signs, visual of products as well as the data bases and software used within the framework of its activity.

Any total or partial representation or reproduction of these elements by any means whatsoever is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by the law of April 18, 2001 on copyright, neighboring rights and databases, amended by the laws of April 18, 2004 and May 22, 2009.

III. General terms of sale

Article 1: Preamble

The company GLAMUSE offers to the sale by the intermediary of the site www.glamuse.com various products of which the Internet users, natural persons aged at least of 18 years, can make the acquisition in particular through a procedure of secure online payment implemented and managed by the banking establishments of which it joined the services. The company GLAMUSE calls upon providers in order to allow the delivery of the products ordered by the consumer by the intermediary of the aforementioned site, and this according to the modalities and delays indicated on the site at the time of the order. The site www.glamuse.com is carried out in French, as well as all the stages, electronic or not, necessary to the validation of its order by the consumer. The contracts of sale concluded between the company GLAMUSE and the consumer are thus in French language.

Article 2: Application

The present general conditions apply to any sale of products presented on the site www.glamuse.com. Any order made with the company GLAMUSE thus involves the acceptance without reserve of the present conditions. Only the purchaser can prevail himself of the present, and in particular of the provisions relative to the returns. The present general conditions can be modified at any time and without notice by the company GLAMUSE, the modifications being then applicable only to the orders carried out after their date of implementation. The present general conditions of sale are accessible in a permanent way by the intermediary of the site www.glamuse.com in computer formats allowing their printing and/or their downloading, so that the consumer can proceed to their reproduction or their safeguard. The fact of checking "I accept the general conditions of sale" means that the consumer accepts the present general conditions of sale. The sale is reserved for consumers of legal age (over 18 years) or minors with parental authorization.

Article 3: Conclusion of the contract

In all cases, the sales contract is deemed to have been concluded only at the time of debiting the consumer's account for payment cards, the date of receipt of the transfer in the case of a bank transfer, and the date of cashing the check for payments by check.

3.1 : Order

The products offered for sale are presented on the site www.glamuse.com and are accompanied by a description. The consumer wishing to buy one of these products can click on its graphic representation and then on the button "add to bag". This product is added to his shopping bag already containing, if applicable, other items that the consumer wishes to purchase and previously placed by himself in his shopping bag. When the consumer intends to finalize his order, he can click on the button "validate my bag" which appears in his shopping bag. He is then directed to a page proposing a summary of all the articles which must appear in his next order, and he has at this stage the possibility of removing some of the articles which appear in the shopping bag and consequently in the summary. He also has the possibility to cancel the procedure, and to return to his shopping bag without the order being validated. If the summary containing the prices of the products and the delivery charges as announced elsewhere on the site www.glamuse.com are appropriate to him, the consumer can enter his delivery and billing details and then select his method of payment. Once the payment validated, the company GLAMUSE sends to the consumer a summary of its order by e-mail including in particular the detail of the ordered articles, the total price including all taxes (except the cases envisaged in the article 262 ter I of the CGI and/or for certain consumers because of their geographical situation) including the amount of the expenses of delivery, and the envisaged delivery periods.

3.2 : Payment

The consumer expressly declares to have all the authorizations necessary for the use of the method of payment which he chose during the validation of his order. He commits himself moreover to make sure of his solvency before any order, for lack of the company GLAMUSE to be able to proceed to the delivery of the ordered products. The company GLAMUSE also reserves the possibility to suspend or to cancel any order or delivery in case of refusal of delivery of authorization of payment on behalf of the financial organizations questioned according to the method of payment chosen by the consumer.

In the same way, it reserves the possibility of refusing to take into account an order or to carry out a delivery emanating from a consumer with whom a litigation relating in particular to the payment of a previous order would remain. The consumer is moreover informed of what the company GLAMUSE can proceed to the analysis and/or to the verification of the past orders in order to fight against fraud, and within this framework reserves the possibility of asking to the consumer any proof that it would judge useful. It reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or delivery, even in case of payment authorization issued by the financial institutions concerned, in cases where this analysis and/or these verifications would suggest that the said order is placed in fraud of the rights of a third party. Furthermore, the company shall not be held liable in case of misappropriation or fraudulent use of any means of payment that would not have been detected by this analysis and/or verification procedure.

3.2.1: Payment by card

In the case where the consumer would opt for a payment by card, he will be directed on the secure server of the aforementioned banking establishment in order to proceed to the payment in a secure way. The banking coordinates of the consumer are not at any time in possession of the company GLAMUSE; their conservation and the maintenance of their integrity thus concerns the responsibility of the banking establishment.
The procedure of authentication "3D Secure" (also called "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode") allowing to guarantee an optimal security during the on-line purchases by verifying the identity of the user of the card can be activated. The authentication methods are specific to each bank: the user may be asked to enter personal data (such as a date of birth) or to enter a code received by SMS or to answer a personal question.
Once the payment has been validated by the consumer on the bank's secure server, the consumer can return to the www.glamuse.com website.

3.2.2: Payment by PayPal

The consumer will have to conform to the conditions of use present on www.paypal.com in order to be able to carry out his purchases on www.glamuse.com. The consumer recognizes and accepts that in case of payment by PayPal, the amount of his payment will be cashed at the time of the validation of his order.

3.2.3: Payment in 3 or 4 interest-free installments using credit or debit card (buy now, pay later)

For orders between €150 and €3000, we offer a financing solution, via our partner Alma. This allows you to pay for purchases in 3 or 4 interest-free installments, using your credit or debit card.
Conditions: This offer is reserved for individuals (natural persons legally over the age of majority) residing in France or in the French overseas departments (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion, Martinique and Mayotte) and holding a credit or debit card such as: CB, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Visa Electron. This card must be valid (not past expiration date) for the duration of the chosen payment plan.

Terms of subscription:
Once you have completed your order, simply select the payment method “3 interest-free credit/debit card payments” or “4 interest-free credit/debit card payments” button. You will also need to enter your credit/debit card details. Then confirm this payment method request, by clicking the button “CONFIRM AND PAY”.
Alma reserves the right to approve or deny your application to pay in 3 or 4 installments. You have 14 days within which to cancel the loan agreement.

How it works:
This financing solution (3 or 4 interest-free installments using credit or debit card) allows you to pay for the order placed through our online store in the following way:
- a mandatory down payment, (debited on the day that shipment of your order is confirmed) which will correspond to one third or one quarter of the order total;
- two or three monthly payments, each corresponding to a third or a quarter of the order total, which will be debited 30 and 60 days later (for interest-free payments in 3 installments) or 30, 60 and 90 days later (for interest-free payments in 4 installments).
• Interest-free payments in 3 installments (on orders between €150 and €3000). Example: For a €150 purchase, the down payment will be €50, followed by 2 monthly payments of €50. A 2-month fixed-rate loan with 0% APR. Cost of financing 0€ (no fees)
• Interest-free payments in 4 installments (on orders between €150 and €3000). Example: For a purchase of €400, the down payment will be €100, followed by 3 monthly payments of €100. A 3-month fixed-rate loan with 0% APR. Cost of financing 0€ (no fees).

3.2.4: Payment with Twint

The consumer must comply with the conditions of use on https://www.twint.ch/en/ in order to be able to make purchases on www.glamuse.com. The consumer acknowledges and accepts that in the event of payment by Twint, the amount of the payment will be cashed at the time the order is validated.p>

3.2.5: Payment by bank transfer

The consumer must ensure to take in his charge the expenses of transfer taken by his banking establishment. The company GLAMUSE must collect the net amount of the order.

3.2.6: Payment by check

Only checks from a French bank are accepted.
This method of payment is only available to consumers with a delivery address in France or Monaco and for orders of less than 1,000 euros including VAT.
A payment in several checks is not possible.

In order to fight more effectively against fraud and thus to ensure a better service to our customers, the checks presented are subject to a treatment allowing to control the multi-passage as well as the presence in the national file of the irregular checks held at the Bank of France (VERIFIANCE).

3.2.7: Gift card

GLAMUSE offers consumers the possibility to purchase gift cards with a predetermined amount. A gift card is delivered by email in PDF format. It is valid for one year from the date of order by the consumer. The gift card is non-transferable and must be spent on a single order, the amount of which must be equal or superior to the total amount of the card(s) used.

3.2.8: Payment default

Glamuse reserves the right to close any customer account in case of payment default.

Article 4: Delivery

4.1 : Information

The products are shipped from the following address: 36 rue Jean Mermoz, 54500 Vandoeuvre-les-Nancy, France. The products are delivered to the address of delivery supplied by the consumer at the time of his order on line or off line, and only in the zones of delivery proposed by the company GLAMUSE at the time of the order. The list of these delivery areas is available at any time in the "Delivery" section of the "Help" section of our website (or by clicking here).. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, it is advisable for the consumer to provide these two distinct addresses in the order form. Only the delivery address determines the application or not of the VAT of France or of the country of delivery (if necessary) or of customs duties. It is also up to the consumer to provide all useful information for the delivery when ordering in order to allow the carriers to proceed with the delivery. In case of erroneous or incomplete information having involved the impossibility for the carrier to proceed to the delivery, a second delivery will be carried out after the return by the carrier of the goods to the company GLAMUSE, this subject to the preliminary payment of the amount of new postal charges on behalf of the consumer.

4.2 : Delivery - Absence

The ordered products are given to their addressee only against signature (except for light and small products sent in bubble envelopes, which can be deposited in the mailbox directly or if this option is not offered by the selected Carrier). The consumer must proceed to an examination of the physical condition of the package delivered by the carrier as well as an examination of its contents, and this in the presence of the delivery person. Any anomaly noted in one or the other of these titles will have imperatively to be the subject of handwritten reserves carried on the delivery slip of the carrier; these reserves will have to be explicit, detailed, dated and signed by the consumer in order to avoid any dispute. No claim can be filed in the absence of reservations made at the time of delivery. In case of absence, and according to the carrier selected by the consumer at the time of his order, the latter leaves a notice of passage in the mailbox of the consumer inviting him to withdraw the products at a given address or to contact him to agree on an appointment in order to proceed with a new delivery.

4.3 : Delay - Loss

In case of important delay or difficulty to locate the package, the consumer can contact the company GLAMUSE which will open an investigation in order to obtain explanations on the delay or to try to locate the package possibly mislaid by the carrier. The consumer will have to provide to the company GLAMUSE all the useful information of nature to allow him to locate the products ordered by the intermediary of the carrier.
If the products were not delivered within 7 days beyond the deadline announced in the order, and if this delay is not due to a case of absolute necessity, the customer will be able to proceed to the resolution of the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: Glamuse, Customer Service, 33 rue de Gasperich, L-5826 Hesperange, Luxembourg. The amounts paid by the customer will then be fully refunded. The customer has a period of 30 business days from the date of shipment of the order to request the resolution of the sale and refund of items on the grounds that it would not have been delivered. No dispute of delivery will be accepted after this period.

Article 5: Returns

5.1 : Terms of return

The consumer has two return rights:

  • The legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the delivery.
  • The extended right of return proposed by GLAMUSE, currently fixed at 30 days.

These periods of 14 and 30 days are not cumulative.


1) The legal right of withdrawal within 14 days

The consumer has a withdrawal period allowing him to renounce his purchase without having to justify his reasons or pay penalties within 14 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the European Directive 2011/83/EU and following of the Consumer Code. The procedures for exercising this right of withdrawal are mentioned in the paragraph "Conditions of return" below. The consumer must announce to the company GLAMUSE of his intention to return articles within the framework of the exercise of his right of retraction by means of a declaration without ambiguity.

The consumer can use the sample withdrawal form below.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

2) GLAMUSE's extended 30-day right of return

At GLAMUSE the consumer has 30 days from the date of shipment of the items to return them, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in the paragraphs below..

5.2 : Return conditions

The consumer must preferably make known to the company GLAMUSE of his intention to return articles via the 'Returns' section accessible from the page 'My account'. If the order of the customer includes several articles, he will have to select during this return request all the items which he wishes to be refunded for. If the consumer does not follow this procedure, the time required to process the return may be extended.

Products returned by our customers in Switzerland must be sent exclusively using the prepaid return label provided by GLAMUSE, to the following address: Glamuse Service retours ZI Les Graveys 1310 Daillens, Suisse.

The products returned by all our other customers must be sent to the following address: GLAMUSE, Service Retours, 36 rue Jean Mermoz, 54500 Vandoeuvre-les-Nancy, France. Sending will be at the expense of the consumer and under his responsibility (except in the cases where the company GLAMUSE provides a "free return" see 5.3, or an "easy return" see 5.4), it is up to him to insure the shipment.

In certain precise cases of returns motivated by a proven defect of the product or by the sending of a bad reference by the company GLAMUSE, the expenses of return will be dealt with via the sending to the consumer of a "label of prepaid return" or refunded on the basis of a standard recommended sending (not of express sending) and on presentation of an invoice of a Carrier (La Poste for packages from France).

The consumer will have to take the greatest care of the products and their packaging. The returned articles will have to arrive in perfect state of resale, in their origin packaging, without any trace of use, and with the labels attached to the product (except for the returns motivated by a proven defect of the product). At reception of the package, GLAMUSE will assess the perfect condition of the returned goods. Any return of visibly used or damaged product, not being correctly packed, or whose packaging would have been deteriorated, making the product unfit for sale will not be accepted, without the customer being able to require any compensation or right to refund. It will then be up to the sender to recover his articles at his expense. If the latter wishes to have one or more items in one or more of the above cases returned, the customer must first pay the sums necessary for this return. Expenses of repackaging will be able to be deducted from the possible refunding addressed to the consumer in the case where the returned goods will have been accepted by the company GLAMUSE in spite of minor deteriorations of the packing of the goods (plastic film or labels which are not attached any more to the article for example).

The risks of the return transport are entirely in charge of the sender, and it is thus up to him to carry out all diligences as for the safety of the transport, in particular by ensuring its dispatch and by preserving the proof of deposit on which appears the number of shipment (this document will be systematically required by the Carriers in case of complaint). The complaints with the Carrier are exclusively incumbent on the sender and thus on the consumer.

Subject to the respect of the provisions above stated, the company GLAMUSE will proceed to the refund of the ordered products for the amount carried on the purchase order, reduced by the amount of possible coupons and vouchers used at the time of the order and whose conditions of application would not be satisfied anymore and of the expenses of returns such as envisaged in articles 5.3 and 5.4 if those were applicable. This refund will be made within 7 days following the reinstatement of the products in stock. No refund will be made if the above conditions are not met.

5.3 : Special case of the "free return" offer

A consumer whose delivery address is in Belgium, in Canada, in France, in French Guiana, in Germany, in Guadeloupe, in Italy, in Luxembourg, in Martinique, in Monaco, in the Netherlands, in Reunion Island, in Spain, in Switzerland, in the United Kingdom, or in the USA will be able to benefit from free returns using only one return label per order.

For some countries with the "free return" offer, a flat-rate contribution to handling costs may be deducted from the refund in case of cash credit reimbursement.

5.4 : Special case of the "easy return" offer

A consumer whose shipping address is in Austria, in Croatia, in Czech Republic, in Estonia, in Finland, in Greece, in Ireland, in Lithuania, in Malta, in Poland, in Portugal, in Romania, in Slovakia, or in Slovenia will be able to take advantage of an easy Glamuse prepaid label return by selecting the "Glamuse prepaid label" option at the time of return.

If the consumer chooses such an option, he will receive a refund reduced by the shipping rate per prepaid label provided by GLAMUSE, which depends on the country of delivery of the consumer and can be consulted at any time in the section "Returns and refunds" of the "Help" section of our website (or by clicking here)..

If the consumer opts for the refund in the form of a credit note (see 5.5) GLAMUSE will participate in the shipping costs of the return by reducing the shipping rate by 5 VAT included per applicable prepaid label.

5.5 : GLAMUSE store credit

The store credits are valid without time limit and are credited to the consumer's account. The balance of the credits can be consulted at any time in the 'My account' section of the consumer's account.

It will automatically be offered as a payment method for future orders. If the amount of a future order is less than the amount in your credit notes, the new balance will be available in the consumer's account right after the order.

5.6 : Frequent returns

Returns are tracked for each customer. Frequent returns may result in warnings, changes to terms (maximum order amount, disabling of cash refunds for returns - list is not exhaustive), and a potential suspension of the customer account.

Article 6: Products

6.1 : Price

Prices are subject to change at any time, particularly due to variations in suppliers' rates, exchange rate variations between currencies, launch offers, promotions or sales.

6.1.1: For orders delivered in the European Union

The prices displayed are in euros, all taxes included, and excluding shipping costs. They are subject to value added tax depending on their destination:

  • Luxembourg: Luxembourgish value added tax of 17%
  • Malta: Maltese value added tax of 18%
  • Germany, Cyprus and Romania: local value added tax of 19%
  • France: French value-added tax of 20% (except in the cases provided for in Article 262 ter I of the CGI and/or for certain consumers due to their geographical location)
  • Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia and Slovakia: 20% local value added tax
  • Belgium, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic: 21% local value added tax
  • Italy and Slovenia: 22% local value added tax
  • Ireland, Poland and Portugal: 23% local value added tax
  • Finland and Greece: 24% local value added tax
  • Croatia, Denmark and Sweden: 25% local value added tax
  • Hungary: 27% local value added tax

Any change in the legal rate of these taxes will be reflected in the price of the products presented on the site www.glamuse.com on the date stipulated by the applicable legislative or regulatory text.

6.1.2: For orders delivered in Switzerland

The prices are displayed in Swiss Francs, all taxes included, and excluding shipping costs. They are subject to the Swiss value added tax of 8.1%, and any change in the legal rate of this tax will be reflected in the price of the products presented on the site www.glamuse.com on the date stipulated by the applicable legislative or regulatory text.

6.1.3: For orders delivered in the French Overseas Departments (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Reunion and Martinique)

The prices are displayed in euros including all taxes and excluding participation in shipping costs. They are subject to value added tax depending on their destination:

  • Guadeloupe: local value added tax of 8.50%
  • French Guiana: VAT is not due in French Guiana where it is provisionally not applicable according to article 294.1 of the CGI
  • Reunion Island: local value added tax of 8.50%
  • Martinique: local value added tax of 8.50%

6.1.4 : For orders delivered to Canada

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), including all taxes and excluding shipping costs. They are subject to the different taxes in force according to their state of delivery:

  • Alberta: 5% (PST)
  • British Columbia: 5% (PST)
  • Manitoba: 5% (PST)
  • New Brunswick: 15% (HST)
  • Newfoundland and Labrador : 15% (HST)
  • Northwest Territories: 5% (PST)
  • Nova Scotia: 15% (HST)
  • Nunavut: 5% (PST)
  • Ontario: 13% (HST)
  • Prince Edward Island: 15% (HST)
  • Quebec: 14,975% (GST 9,975% + PST 5%)
  • Saskatchewan: 11% (GST 6% + PST 5%)
  • Yukon: 5% (PST)

6.3 : Unavailability

In case of temporary unavailability of a product, the company GLAMUSE will inform the consumer of the new delays practiced by the suppliers and/or manufacturers of the concerned product as soon as possible. If this unavailability is prolonged exaggeratedly or becomes definitive, the company GLAMUSE will make its possible to propose to the consumer an equivalent product or in defect will proceed to the cancellation of the order and the refund of the consumer.

Article 7: Customs duties

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside the European Union, Canada, Switzerland, United States of America, the United Kingdom and the French overseas departments (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Reunion and Martinique) may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and these possible taxes related to the delivery of an article are the responsibility of the consumer. GLAMUSE is not required to verify and inform its consumers of the customs duties and applicable taxes. To know the applicable taxes and customs duties, it is up to the consumer to get information from the competent authorities of his country. In case of refusal of the recipient to pay the customs duties or taxes, the sums possibly billed to GLAMUSE to recover the parcel will be deducted from the refund made to the consumer.

Article 8: Offers and promotional codes

Promotional codes, "sponsorship" offers or "loyalty" offers generated do not apply to shipping costs, unless the promotional code is specifically for shipping costs. These offers can be used outside of promotions and special offers (unless otherwise specified).

Promotional codes are applicable only once per order and cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers (unless otherwise specified).

The offers and promotional codes are not exchangeable for their monetary value. In the event of return of article (refund/store credit), the promotional codes, "sponsorship" or "loyalty" offers will not be able to be re-used at the time of a new purchase. Refunds/store credits following returns will only concern the sums actually paid, thus excluding the part paid by the promotional codes, "sponsorship" or "loyalty" offers.

Article 9: Retention of ownership

The transfer of property of the products delivered to the consumer intervenes only after integral payment of their price and its accessories by its care.
