Translation Project Manager (Luxembourg)    Job Description

Join us in Luxembourg as a Translation Project Manager and take part in a motivating adventure based on solid fundamentals.

Your role

You are responsible for ensuring the cohesion of the Glamuse website and all English-language communication materials. What's your day-to-day job in this department? Proofreading and correcting the texts proposed by our translation software, understanding everything about our culture and our products, in order to deliver a captivating rendering and help our customers to make their choice.


As a true English language referent, your principal duties and responsabilities are :

  • confirm the translation from French into English of all the content of the site (product sheets, description of brands, newsletters, marketing and sales operations, evolution of the website, etc.) and of our various on and offline communication tools (newsletters, catalogues, etc.), respect the content and form of the original texts and the Glamuse tone.
  • write informative and promotional content in English for our partner brands (description of brands, SEA campaigns based on the recommendations of our acquisition manager, etc.) in line with the SEO strategy, the corporate and the brand images.
  • propose template emails to customer services
  • coordinate translation projects for product sheets using the translation software, with maintenance of the translation memory and glossary
  • check the ergonomics, correct translation and spelling of English wording
  • marketing, technology and competition watch

Your profile

With a higher education background, you are native in English and fluent in French.

Your writing and spelling skills are impeccable.

You have already had an experience as a Translation Project Manager, ideally in the marketing field, for a multi-brand e-commerce site and/or on editorial projects. Ideally, you have a keen interest in the world of lingerie.

Logistic Manager (Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy)    Job Description

Join us in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy as a Logistics Manager and take part in a motivating adventure based on solid fundamentals.

Your main tasks

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage the logistics team while meeting customer service quality targets. You will manage the team (around 20 people) and run the business in such a way as to optimise the supply chain in the best possible conditions of quality, safety, time and profitability.

With the support of a Team Leader and logistics referents, you will ensure that all stock movements (dispatches, receipts, customer returns, etc.) are guaranteed in line with Glamuse quality standards, in order to achieve the best possible customer satisfaction.

Operational management of your scope:

  • Organising the receipt, storage, dispatch and return of goods
  • Defining the storage, accessibility and circulation of products and optimising storage space
  • Collaborating with suppliers, carriers and external service providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations, both on import, domestic and export flows
  • Managing operational problems and resolving conflicts effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Organising inventories, while guaranteeing the lowest possible stock discrepancy rate

Management:

  • Ensuring that your teams' skills are developed and that they become more professional, and assessing their potential for development
  • Participating in the recruitment process for your staff
  • Planning and coordinating your teams' activities (managing schedules, holidays, training, etc.).

 

Monitoring activity:

  • Controlling and optimising costs
  • Implementing, monitoring and analysing key performance indicators

Continuous improvement and project management:

Your profile

As a hands-on person, you will have at least 5 years' experience in logistics team management in a similar position, ideally in e-commerce.

We're looking for a manager who's close to the ground and to his or her teams, and who can steer the site's logistics activity.

You are known for your professional rigour, pragmatism and taste for teamwork. Analytical and conceptual, you are able to optimise the efficiency and performance of the business and are recognised for your ability to put forward proposals. Organised, you develop an overall vision that enables you to manage your business and prioritise issues.

At ease developing a network of contacts inside and outside the company, with a permanent focus on the customer, you are at ease communicating to build lasting relationships based on trust. You will co-construct and successfully complete numerous projects with your internal partners. A genuine communicator, your results orientation, sense of collaboration and pragmatism are your assets for success. You will need to have a good command of office tools, particularly Excel, to monitor KPIs.

Transport & Customs Project Manager (Luxembourg)    Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you are responsible for managing significant projects to develop control over incoming and outgoing flows by means of various transport solutions.

Your main tasks include

  • Negotiating and managing transport and customs contracts
  • Management of the inbound/outbound transport offer: proposing the best transport offer while maintaining the expected standard of quality and profitability
  • Lean management: monitoring and control of carrier invoicing, implementation of cost optimisation processes
  • Leading transportation projects: developing built-in tools in collaboration with the IT department, drawing up transport specifications, etc.
  • Maintaining close contact with transport operators on all Glamuse-related issues
  • KPIs and performance: creating, monitoring and improving performance indicators relating to transport and customs (lead times, deliverability, etc.)
  • Duties and taxes: you are responsible for the sound financial management of incoming and outgoing duties and taxes
  • Active monitoring of new players and new methods of transport, import/export and duty & tax management, particularly in the e-commerce world.

Your profile

You have a high education degree in Transport and Logistics, ideally with a specialisation in e-commerce/retail, and you have at least one year's experience working for a distributor or logistician.

Your main tasks:

  • Handle all customer contacts on the site in French and English via the various communication channels: email, telephone, social networks.
  • Answering customers' questions about the status of their orders, the website, payment, product availability, etc.
  • Above all, advising customers as closely as possible to their expectations, in the manner of a "personal shopper": choosing items, highlighting brands/collections, size advice, etc.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor consumer reviews (Trustedshop, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Participate in customer service quality analysis and suggest technical, operational or procedural solutions.
